  • 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, light brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; stir until combined. Fold in the mashed banana.
  4. Gradually add flour and mix until just smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
