  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
