Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Mafaldine noodles (or fettuccini/linguini)
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness and rub with olive oil and blackened seasoning.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until blackened.

  6. Cook noodles separately; combine with sauce and top with sliced chicken before serving.
