  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season beef chops on both sides with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix all honey garlic sauce ingredients.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat; add vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Once hot, add beef chops.
  3. Cook each side for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
  4. Move chops aside; add remaining butter to the skillet. Sauté minced garlic briefly before pouring in the honey garlic sauce. Stir until thickened.
