  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoon cake flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; slowly combine with wet ingredients.
  4. Chill dough for 1 hour. Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing its ingredients until smooth.
  5. Scoop chilled dough and fill with cinnamon mixture; roll into balls and place on baking sheets.
