  • 1.5 quarts favorite ice cream flavor

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two 8×8 pans with greased parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, mixing well.
  3. Incorporate eggs one by one, followed by vegetable oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients until fully mixed.
  5. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 30-40 minutes until slightly underbaked.
  6. Cool brownies on a rack before assembling with softened ice cream between layers.
  7. Freeze assembled sandwiches for at least six hours before slicing and serving.
