  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic for about 1 minute before adding broccoli and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Return chicken to the pan, add sauces and optional chili flakes. Stir well to combine.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water; pour into the wok and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot over steamed rice.
