  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of turkey
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each chicken breast to about 1/2 inch thick using a meat mallet.
  3. Layer two turkey slices and one Swiss cheese slice on each chicken breast, then roll tightly and secure.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  5. Coat each chicken roll in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
