Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Noodles (rice or egg)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Minced ginger
  • Minced garlic
  • Chopped green onions
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add water per noodle package instructions. Once boiling, add noodles and cook until tender; drain excess water if necessary.
  3. Return cooked chicken to the skillet with the noodles. Pour in teriyaki sauce along with minced ginger and garlic; stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve on plates topped with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
