  • 810 slices thick cut turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups shredded or cubed chicken
  • 10 oz tomatoes (quartered)
  • 23 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup whole milk (plus more if needed)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, whole milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken, tomatoes, parsley, onions, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Add about two-thirds of the dressing and toss gently to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Adjust dressing as needed before serving.
