- 1 head broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup chicken or beef stock
- Soy sauce
- Shaoxing vinegar (or dry sherry)
- Garlic and ginger
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Slice the beef against the grain and marinate with soy sauce, peanut oil, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing chicken stock, vinegar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
