  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for strawberry swirl)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then eggs one by one. Mix in vanilla and sour cream until smooth. Fold in cooled melted chocolate.
  4. For the strawberry swirl, combine pureed strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
  5. Pour chocolate filling over the crust; spoon strawberry puree on top and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes until edges are set; cool inside the oven with door ajar for an hour.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
