  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, semi-crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add in brown sugar, flour, and salt until combined.
  3. Press 1¾ cups of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Once the crust is baked, pour the chocolate mixture over it. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top, followed by semi-crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake again for 20-30 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
