  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bars
  • 1 egg whisked with 1 teaspoon of water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out one sheet of cold puff pastry on a floured surface.

  6. Repeat with the second sheet of pastry to make eight croissants in total.
  7. Chill assembled croissants in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  8. Bake for 26 to 27 minutes until golden brown.
