  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook until browned (6–8 minutes). Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté garlic for about 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in flour for a roux; cook for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Gradually add milk and chicken broth while stirring continuously until smooth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in cream cheese and one cup of mozzarella until melted.
