  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spread flour on a small sheet pan to heat-treat for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a large mixing bowl in the microwave.
  3. Mix half of the chocolate into melted butter until smooth.
  4. Whisk in sugars until well combined, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Sift cocoa powder, salt, and heat-treated flour into the mixture and stir until thick.
  6. Gradually add milk until desired consistency is reached.
