  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (separated)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup pretzels (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. For the crust, combine cookie crumbs, pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a food processor. Press into a pie dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour filling into the crust, spread evenly, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  5. For the topping, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat. Drizzle over the frozen pie and top with chopped pretzels and peanut butter cups.
