  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 red onion (cut into one inch pieces)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces)

Instructions

  1. Cut the top sirloin steak into one-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss well; marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread marinated steak cubes onto skewers along with pieces of red onion and assorted bell peppers.
  6. Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is achieved.
