  • 1 tablespoon honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus extra for sprinkling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ricotta, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the cut side of each peach half with melted butter or coconut oil.
  3. Place the peaches on the grill cut-side down and cook for about 3 minutes until they are warm and have nice grill marks.
  4. Remove from the grill and top each peach half with the prepared cinnamon honey ricotta mixture. Drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with more cinnamon as desired.
