  • 1 can tuna packed in water (5 oz, drained)
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • A few splashes of hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce until smooth.
