  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.

  5. Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet; toss until well coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
