  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for best flavor).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish.
  4. Top each chicken breast with crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Optionally broil for added color.
