  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce mix

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cut English muffins and chopped turkey bacon; spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder until well mixed; pour over the muffin-bacon layer.
  4. Add shredded cheese if desired.
  5. Prepare hollandaise sauce by melting butter, adding milk, and whisking in the sauce mix according to package instructions; pour over the casserole.
