  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and salt; combine with wet ingredients.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly set.
