  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Add oats and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the peaches. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving warm.
