  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
  • Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 22.5 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two small loaf pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and pistachio pudding mix. Add eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in halved maraschino cherries until evenly distributed. Divide the batter between the prepared loaf pans.
