  • 2 octopuses (about 500g each)
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Fresh parsley
  • Capers
  • Sweet chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Clean the octopus by removing the beak and eyes. Rinse thoroughly.
  2. Boil a large pot of water without salt. Add parsley and bay leaf. Dip tentacles into boiling water several times, then fully submerge and cook on low for about 40 minutes.
  3. After cooking, allow to cool in the water, then drain and pat dry.
  4. Marinate octopus pieces with chopped garlic, olive oil, and pepper for at least one hour.
  5. For the sauce, mix lemon zest, capers, parsley, olives, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  6. Preheat grill and lightly grease it. Grill octopus pieces for about three minutes per side until charred.
  7. Serve drizzled with sauce and enjoy!
