  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth until combined. Transfer filling to a casserole dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Stir in cheddar cheese and garlic powder. Gradually add milk until just combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the filling evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
