  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Season scallops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; sear in olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; whisk in lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Arrange roasted Brussels sprouts on a platter topped with seared scallops and drizzle with lemon butter sauce.
