  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Dash hot sauce (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish (if desired), and sweet pickle relish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  2. On a large platter or individual plates, create a bed of romaine lettuce. Layer on the cooked shrimp followed by hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, cucumber, red onion.
