  • 2 packs (16 oz each) strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 box (14.25 oz) white cake mix
  • 1 pack (3 oz) strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 container (24.3 oz) no-bake cheesecake filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by slicing some flat and chopping the rest. Combine chopped strawberries with sugar and refrigerate to marinate.
  2. Bake the cake according to package instructions using egg whites. Grease a 9×13 baking dish, pour in the batter, and bake at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
  3. While the cake bakes, dissolve the jello mix in boiling water and set aside.
  4. Once baked, poke holes in the warm cake and pour the jello mixture over it. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  5. Spread cheesecake filling evenly on top of the chilled cake and garnish with marinated and sliced strawberries.
