  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (6-8 minutes). Drain on paper towels and reserve 1 tablespoon of fat.
  3. Grill chicken in the reserved fat over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Slice croissants horizontally and lightly toast them; brush insides with softened butter.
