  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 12 squares Colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in 1 cup of barbecue sauce for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over low heat until crispy; set aside.
