Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare three 6-inch cake pans.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. In another bowl, mix milk, sour cream, and vanilla.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until smooth; gradually add egg whites while mixing.
